The Park Hyatt St. Kitts project involved implementing a sophisticated building automation ecosystem across 126 guest rooms, 75 back-of-house areas, and the resort’s common spaces. Key Systems Solutions was commissioned to provide consultation, system design, and full deployment of access control, lighting, and HVAC systems tailored to Hyatt’s brand standards.
Our scope included detailed system layout design, creation of shop and as-built drawings for 12 room types, and comprehensive installation and commissioning. Every component was selected and configured to achieve precise energy management, high security, and superior guest comfort—without compromising the brand’s luxury standards.
